Our company was established in 1980. This company is situated in 3000m² and it has been producing gray cast iron and nodular cast iron castings high in quality which our industrialists want.

 Our company is always consider important to quality and it is hard working about this side. Now it is presenting different alternatives about gray cast iron and nodular cast iron castings which are high in quality.

            Our company's principle is pleasure of customers. So we have been working about GG18-GG35 gray cast iron casting and GGG-40-GGG-90 nodular cast iron castings for you who are our industrialists.

Now Our company is arrived at 100 tones capacity of gray cast iron casting and 50 tones capacity of nodular cast iron casting per one month thanks to your support and trust. In other words our company has been go on working without making a concession with force that we took from you.

Our company was adding the series of GTS temper casting and GS 45-65 steel and steel casting with high quality to its productin portfoy in 2002. So it is enaugh for your desires about this subject.  

   Our company has been making production of gray cast iron and nodular cast iron casting with high in quality to inside and outside of the country.      

Our Production Politics

The series of EGES ULTRA MET are melting in pair crucible induction stove which is 500 kg in our factory that concern to our company. Analysis of hot thermal is making with quic lap apparatus. Its trademark is elektro nite.The models that we took are analysising in ARL spectrometer in our factory. Still the hardness measurements of HB brinel are made in the section of checking quality of our factory. The records of checking quality and models that we took in our factory are strengtened with analysis values which coming from KOSGEB. Then our company has been giving a form from both records with material to our customers.

 Maçalar are made with furran resin, shell sand or CO2 for work and need condition. In our factory we have one  shell mollig perpendicular maça machine which has a capacity of 5 kg and one shell mollig horizontal maça machine which has a capacity of 10 kg. Still shell maçalar are checked with our fastidiousness and they are applied to molds in our factory.  Stil in our factory casting surfaces are cleaned by having a hanger machine that's trademark is ENDÜMAK and then they are petrified and their linings are painted.
